Poor Services
The employees are very negligent with your car. Take your car to run errands and bring it back empty. Services are not delivered when promissed if at all.

Routine Maintenance
Even though this was for routine maintenance, I had put it off for a bit. When I called to ask for availability on the morning if my service, because a light had come on, they were able to squeeze me in. I came prepared to wait for a while with a book to read, but an hour later my maintenance was complete. It was a good visit.
