Hyundai review
Quick and accurate service even if we had to pay extra for a problem we reported earlier to a different dealer who informed us was not covered under the engine replacement but should have been according to this dealer. Too bad we were over the mileage limit by then.

recall issues
I came to the dealership to have recall items resolved which hopefully was performed , had another issue with the vehicle in which I figured to have them resolved while the vehicle was there , but the amount that was quoted just to identify the problem was ridiculously high so I choose not to have it done , if they would of been reasonable with their pricing they could have earned my business , so greed never prevails .

I used to be happy
I do not use this dealership for my regular care because they were not responsive to a previous concern. I took my car to them because noise when I was driving was very alarming. After riding with a mechanic it was determined the noise came from my tires wearing unevenly. The dealership would not rotate my tires because it was not time to do so.

I took my car elsewhere; they rotated my tires immediately, problem solved.

Professional, courteous staff.
It sure makes for a very pleasant experience to deal with professional and courteous people. My questions were answered from staff who knew the answers. I was updated on where my car was in the process. And best of all I got a big smile on my face when asked "can we wash the car for you". It was, yes indeed and thank you so much.

My next maintenance will be at Hyundai of Loma Linda. Thank you for a great experience!

Oh and a special thank you to Lawrence for helping me work through listening to books from my phone to the car!!!!

Never Lets Me Down
Hyundai of Inland Empire is honestly the best dealership I have ever been to. From the day I purchased my car in 2017, till this last time I had my car routinely serviced for the 3rd time now - I have only had high quality customer service and interactions with all of their employees. Sales and Service Department are the best...I always speak highly of this to all of my friends and family!
