Efficient service but could use some more internet follow-up
I took my car in to have the 45,000 recommended service done. Everything was fine at the dealership. The only problem was that about three weeks before this, I tried looking up the dealership's price for this service and couldn't find it anywhere on their website. There was a chat feature but the person on the other end didn't know either. They suggested I call. The person on the other end of the phone said they were busy in the service department and to leave a message with my phone number so they could call back with the price. I never heard from them. Finally, I just took the car in and hoped the total wouldn't be too expensive. It would be nice if all of the 21st century technology had helped me get an answer to my question before going to the dealership, but in the end, I went in knowing nothing just as I would have before the internet and cell phones were invented.

Updates need to be taken care of prior to warranty expiring.
I always take my car to Hyundai IE for service and wasn't told of a software update until after the warranty expired. How could they have not known about it sooner? I only knew there was a problem when my check engine light came on. Just too sketchy for me.
