Comments made
Washing vehicles prior to return to owner as been curtailed due to regulation. Unfortunately mechanics finger prints, smudges and smears etc are now part of the cost of doing business with this dealership.

Although we have curtailed washes, there should have been no reason that your vehicle left with "Fingerprints, Smudges and Smears" caused by us. I sincerely appologize.

Could you please let me know where they were located so i can review with service staff and look at ways to assure we don't continue to do this.

As for the car wash, unfortunately we have been asked by the local authorities to significantly reduce our water ussage, most localities had already forced our competitors to completely shut down thier wash, we knew it was only a matter of time and held off as long as we could.
