Sorry to hear about your experience. we obviously want to do better than a 3 star performance. Undoubtably, we had some issues on 05/31 due to it being the first day open after having the department closed for 1 week. I do appologize. Nice staff...
The staff is friendly. It took longer than I expected, esp. as I had an appointment. I would have appreciated a reminder to use my coupon for the maintenance charges, too!
