Great Customer Service
We dealt with Chris and Tyrone on two separate issues. Both went out of their way to help resolve and fix the issues with my vehicle. Chris went the extra step in resolving a warranty issue with Hyundai. The service was great. Would definitely recommend the service provided by Hyundai of Cool Springs.

Palisade with malfunctioning BCW sensor
Brought it in for repair. Was told they would try to have it same day, but they only had one mechanic who knew how to reprogram it, so no promises.
Was ready the next morning, but seems to be working properly now, so no complaints.

ALL MY SERVICE (oil change ,tires ,etc)
They are always there ready to make it smooth . Totally worth the 7.5 hrs each way that it takes me .

Needs much improvement.
If Hyundai is trying to enter the luxury car market with Equus, G80, G90 then you better step up your service game to compete with Infiniti (in your same complex), Mercedes (across the street), and Lexus ( one exit down). It is the service after the sale that keeps a long term customer. Not even close to either of the three mentioned. I have owned them all and Hyundai service is nowhere close to being in the same league as those mentioned.

The Valet and loaner car program setup by Hyundai is for 3 yr or 36,000 miles for original owner for services. I am sorry that your sales person did not explain the program to you at time of purchase. We try to duplicate every concern that a owner has and unfortunately at times we can not get the issues to occur. Thank you for your business.
