Excellent Service
My service advisor was courteous and smiling despite visibly being busy. He provided decent time estimates and when it appeared to be getting delayed he stopped by to specifically explain why(mine’s a hybrid). Excellent service- courteous staff as always make this place one i’d recommend

Awesome Service from start to finish
My service rep was awesome from the time I arrived to when I picked my car back up. I had a major service done that took 4 hours. She found me a courtesy car which allowed me to accomplish my errands versus sitting in a waiting room the whole time. Huge bonus. She was very knowledgeable and went over my invoice and what may come up in the future.

Chris Monticello went above and beyond to try and rectify an issue caused by a faulty repair by one of his technicians. I appreciated the fact that he was up front about what happened and expidited the completion. If you want good service ask for Chris went you call.

Had to be towed after repair
Brought vehicle in twice to repair the same oil leak. Second time they fixed the oil leak but Incorrectly attached the hoses to the radiator. Had to be towed back to the dealer 3 days later.

Helpful staff — less efficient
The staff is helpful and the quality of work is above average. Communication with customers needs improvement — more efficiency in the service department is needed so customers aren’t sitting around waiting for an hour and missing work.

Such Good Care!!!!
I was blessed to come in for a recall Hyundai had on my 2011 Sonata. The staff there was wonderful! James Falcone was my point person for everything and he was Excellent!!!
He walked me through every step of the recall including arranging a car rental and phone calls that kept me updated all through the time my car was being tested for the recall and during the repairs. So Professional, So Informative, and So Courteous!!!! From the wonderful mechanics, to those at the service desk, to the lady that checked me out, everyone was absolutely a delight to have dealings with! Especially Mr. Falcone!!! I will Definitely start the search for a new car at Hyundai of Cool Springs when it ever becomes time, but for now....Loving my Sonata and Very Grateful to Hyundai for their Loyal stance behind their product!!!!! Again thank you all so very much!!!!

Trust was destroyed.
I was overcharged $140 for a battery. I had to catch the mistake and ask about it. I wonder how often this happens and how many customers catch it.
