Service is good but online scheduling sucks
Actual service performed is great. Scheduling a convenient time on future weekends for the service is impossible online. Phone calls are frequently unanswered. So only way is to make two trips, one for the scheduling and the other for the service.

Routine Serving for my 2011 Santa Fe vechicle
I was greeted with a friendly smile and a "good morning" by everyone in the service bay. They asked how they could help me first and then asked if I'd set up an appointment which I hadn't. No problem and asked if I was going to wait or leave the car. I had someone picking me up. I ran some errands and within an hour and a half I received a call that the car was ready! when I picked up my car the paper work was ready and when I walked out I noticed a complimentary car wash was done. THANK YOU! That's how it should be done.
