Hybrid frustrations....
Took 10 days to fix a problem with my hybrid. 4 days for anyone to even look at it even though it was towed to the location. Car is 2 years old with less than 28,000 miles. SHOULD NOT HAPPEN in the first place...but things do happen. Only having one person that can even look at the car needs to be fixed ASAP.

Normally I receive the best of care. This is an anomaly in my opinion. However, I will be thinking twice about purchasing a hybrid from Hyundai if they don’t get more techs trained to work on them—that time is at MY expense.

I am sorry that the repair took longer than it should. We are currently seeking Hybrid technicans to help expedite the repairs. We are also training techs to become hybrid technicans. Thank you for your business.

Being a widow, I need a Service Dept I can depend on
I had gone by a few days before because the "check engine" light had come on. Tim ran a diagnostic and told me it was showing fuel fumes. He checked the gas cap and told me it could be the problem. The light went out but came back on a few days later. I called and spoke with Keith, a service rep, who made an appt for me to get a new gas cap on 9/05. My appt was taken care of promptly and courteously by Keith a few days later.

Took my Equus to the dealer due to an air suspension failure. Price quote from dealer $2500+. Compared at local repair shop $599. Dealer is way out of line.
