I am sorry that your last visit was unsatisfactory. If the bulb is out again than there could either be that the new bulb has failed or something else going on such as the connector. If you come back by we will gladly look at the issue again for you.
I am sorry that you feel the price was to high. We use factory parts which do cost more but they come with a 12 mo or 12,000 mile warranty in case it goes out again. Thank you for your business.

I am sorry about your radio. Unfortunately all we can do as a dealer is abide by Hyundai warranty policy and ask for assitance if outside of warranty. Hyundai makes all decisions for warranty. The warranty for the radio was 3yr or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. We sent for for assistance and Hyundai declined due to age and mileage.

In looking over your invoice the filter you see listed is for a oil filter. The oil filter is changed everytime you do a oil change. It is listed as engine filter assembly. Thank you for your business.

I am sorry that the car wash was not completed. If you are around the dealer ship any time soon we will gladly run it thru the wash for you. As far as road noise from tires balancing will not help noise. If the rear had more noise than front and we rotated the tires than that would be why the noise seems louder now. We can rotate the tires back if you like and see if that improves the noise.
