Everything was good until
Everything went well until I found out there was a service to take you home while the Recall repairs were made but unfortunately there was no service to pick you up from home once your vehicle was finished. This truly disappointed me because during the day I do not have access to another vehicle.

When in for oil service and other concerns that I had about my vehicle. My service advisor Arturo Gonzalez was a great great help. He has excellent customer service skills. He answered all my questions and concerns with such patience. I will be requesting that he help me from now on.

Communication is a priority
This was my first experience at this agency and I was disappointed not in the work performed on my car but in the communication or I should say lack of. Neither the front office nor the service department answered the phone when I called. Things need to improve in this area.
