Quality personnel and work in a very nice environment.
I received outstanding service from very polite and efficient personnel. I am 79 years of age and very picky. You all do a fine job pleasing your customers. I have owned about 8 Lexus automobiles over the past 20-years and your service and dealership environment is every bit as good (or better), as any Lexus dealership I have had the occasion to visit. Keep up your high standards. In this day in time it is refreshing to run across high standards, quality workmanship, coupled with professionalism and good manners. The pride your employees have in the dealership is reflected (my opinion) in their pleasant and polite attitudes.
