Not happy with service
Went in to check why car pulls to the right. 2.5 hours later, service tech says all is well. Recall checked out ok. Engine shut off doesn't operate above 95 degrees, so no problem. Tech drove car and checked alignment. No problems found - all is well. Drove away. THE CAR STILL PULLS TO THE RIGHT!! Now. I have to either come back to your facility or find another dealer to check it out. So. what did your people do for 2.5 hours?

The Service Department
The service department has always been excellent. In fact they are the only bright spot to my experience with Hyundai. Liliya has been a fantastic Service Advisor. However, I can't say that much about the 2015 Hyundai Genesis I purchased from the dealership. The vehicle drives great but there has been way too many electrical problems that continue to plague the vehicle. This will be my last Hyundai.
