Free recall servicing, and recommendations for future servicing needs
Service tech was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. And they washed the car for me, after servicing. Very nice. Also the waiting room was top shelf, first class.. High Def TV, coffee drinks maker, hot chocolate maker, pretzels, power bars, nuts, gourmet teas, fully stocked, comfortable chairs. First rate.

polite prompt service
always kept apprised that your car is being worked on and what's going on. The firmware upgrade to my battery management system resulted in a loss of 3-miles/gallon! Not good. who do I complain to? can i reverse the firmware upgrade?

Top notch service center in Petaluma
Service center has consistently provided excellent service and professionalism. Nick, the manager is always personable and reliable.
The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They provide a shuttle service if you don't wait which I believe is a big plus.

Fast service, great staff
The waiting room was a little crowded with people waiting for service, so I figured I would be there for serveral hours. The service manager ( Nick) estimated that my service would take about 1.5 hours, and I had my car back (washed and vacuumed) at the promised time! No one wants to spend their time waiting for a time that comes and goes. They do a great job to get you in and out and on with your day!
