In the four years that we bought our car at this Hyundai Dealership in Danvers, MA. The service from Mike and Ken , Service Staff and Mr. Crowley , Manager . Emilio the Manager , Sharon st the front desk and phone , Michelle in resale . Clinton and other sales staff. Justin and Brennan and other Technicians who work on the Vehicles. I think both gentlemen in parts are named Chris. It is like Family when I bring my car in to be Serviced and like a group of Doctors they all make sure my care is safe and reliable for my family, what more could a customer want, than to be cared for like a family member. I won't bring my car to any other dealership/service department. Mike, is a nice, personable guy to deal with. Good guy on the up & up, no nonsense BUT... will take the time to thoroughly explain "why" a service is required and give you a realistic time period in which service is necessary. The day of my last visit, I had another appointment that I had to get to and they did their very best to have me out in plenty of time to make it to my next appointment.

If you are in the market to buy or lease.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with Luigi Demarco. You will NOT meet a more up front, no bull salesman anywhere. Great guy, a pleasure to deal with, on point with his information & knowledge. I own a Hyundai, my sister owns a Hyundai and my brother-in-law just leased a new Hyundai through Luigi Demarco.

Overall, the people are nice, the facility is clean, coffee is good ; ) atmosphere comfortable and I for one... like dealing with legit "real" people!

"People are a plus, service time is somewhat long.. even with an appointment."
People are great. Mike in service is nice, accommodating and on the up & up!
Luigi Demarco is a fantastic salesman, I recommended him to my brother-in-law, whom did lease a car through him. Luigi has a very charismatic personally and way with people. Myself, my sister and brother-in-law all have Hyundai's and use this dealership for sales/services.

"Quick turnaround on my repair"
My car stared making a loud noise when moving. Called them up and they took it in that day. I thought it might be the transmission. They said it might take a couple of days which I was fine with. Four hours later they called me and said it was ready. It was a wheel bearing and better yet it was covered under the drivetrain warranty. (2009 Santa Fe)
