Professional, friendly, accommodating, thorough
This is how a business should operate. I made my appointment for my Camry a week in advance knowing it would take most if not all of the day for what needed to be done. Mike (the owner) went over all my concerns making sure that there wasn’t any misunderstanding. Later that morning he gave me a phone call with his findings and his professional opinion on the much needed services that would only have been found when getting into the motor. He wasn’t pushy about additional work to be done at all. I took his advice for peace of mind. Early afternoon I received a call from Mike letting me know that the car was ready. No surprises, everything discussed was performed, no hidden fees. I have been there customer for many years and have always been throughly satisfied. I highly recommend Inland Auto to everyone I talk to when the subject comes up…”so where do you take your car?”
