Stevie said they did a great job on the alignment and they knew what they were doing. However, they didn't know that she has been raised by mechanics all her life and is very aware of what's under the hood. She stated they poured clean transmission fluid on parts of her transmission to make her believe she had a leak or a missing plug. They recommended another facility so she could get transmission work performed and she called them out. They apologized and she was very upset. She stated she believes in integrity.

Kathryne said she took her vehicle to the business to have her brakes looked at. While she was there, she had them perform a tune-up on her vehicle even though her main concern was that her vehicle was pulling to the side. She was told they had done an alignment on her vehicle and her brakes were fine. Her vehicle is still pulling to the side even after the alignment performed on her vehicle. She appreciated the fact they had told her there was nothing wrong with her brakes and they are not out for her money.
