Chris said he was told one price before the service but once the vehicle was up on the rack the price changed. He added he would not recommend the business because of this and also he knows someone that had a challenge at the business after his service.

Contacted customer to discuss his visit. Clarified why there was the additional cost to align vehicle. (oversized lip-less wheels needed additional set-up time...) Customer appreciated the additional info and advised that he will return for service the next time his vehicle needs it. Thanked customer for taking the time to allow me to resolve the issue with him.
