Called customer 10 days ago to discuss his concern and learned that the customer has not replaced all 4 worn tires, as recommended during last visit. Customer didn't realize that worn tires contribute to his current issue.
Customer to have the other 2 tires replaced and stated that he would return for reinspection, should the need arise.
Attempted to reach custome today, in order to determine if he had the other 2 tires replaced, etc. Left message on voicemail.
