Lewis said this business promised him that his wheel alignment was perfect, but it is still pulling to the right. He would not recommend this business and he will not be going back to them to complain.

Called customer 10 days ago to discuss his concern and learned that the customer has not replaced all 4 worn tires, as recommended during last visit.   Customer didn't realize that worn tires contribute to his current issue. 

Customer to have the other 2 tires replaced and stated that he would return for reinspection, should the need arise.

 

Attempted to reach custome today, in order to determine if he had the other 2 tires replaced, etc.   Left message on voicemail.
