Haitham said he went in to fix the horn on his vehicle and was told it would cost $150. They took an additional two hours because there was a problem with the wiring and told him it would cost $400. He would not recommend them for this reason.

Spoke to customer a few minutes ago and offered to install a by-pass horn button in order to avoid the cost to perform steering column work. Scheduled customer on Monday for work to be performed.
