Susan said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 3 because she did not receive calls back from them in a timely manner. She said she did not receive a response when she would call and leave a message. For this reason she would not recommend this business to her friends or family because she feels she can get a better response from somewhere else. She stated she chose this business because it was the only place that was covered under her manufacturer warranty with Nissan.
