Mark said he has returned the vehicle because he was completely disappointed in the job they did. His vehicle is a show vehicle and he took it to Ira because they have the reputation of doing good work. The work may have been acceptable to someone who did not care about their vehicle, but he does care. They fixed or replaced 2 of the doors and one of the doors still has a dent in it. The paint was screwed up. The back of the vehicle looks like the paint never dried. The front end was not aligned right. He told them to take their time and there was no promised time for delivery of the vehicle. He wanted a perfect job and took it to this business to avoid all of the problems he got. He gave them a list of 8 things he wanted them to fix. The work is guaranteed and if it does not come out perfect he will call a lawyer. If it comes out pristine he may completely change his opinion of this business. He would not refer this business to friends and family for the reasons mention.
