Spoke with Jennifer's husband. He said Jason was very helpful. He added that no one called him to update on the status of his vehicle. He called the week before to get an update and no one called him back. Jason told him his vehicle would be ready in a week because it was going into the service department to get a light looked at. There was no promised time given for his vehicle to be ready. This past Tuesday he called the business and Jason told him his vehicle was ready.
