Craig said the only issue he had with his vehicle when he picked it up was that the battery was dead. It wouldn't take a charge, so he had to replace it. When he dropped if off at the business, he didn't have an issue with his battery. He didn't know if the issue was on behalf of the business, or if it was coincidental and it was going to happen anyway. His battery was only 2 years old and it was covered under his warranty, so he didn't have to pay anything out his pocket. It was just a pain to have to fix after he just got his vehicle repaired.
