Spoke with Alfred. He said he rated a 1 for the overall because he was told his vehicle would only take 7 days but it ended up taking 19. He was told the reason was there was more work found but all that had to be done was the bumper had to be put back on and the vehicle had to be painted. He got a call 4 days into it and was asked if the vehicle needed to be painted which if they looked at the paperwork that's what was stated. However it's too early to tell the quality of the paint work so he rated it a 4 and at this time he will not recommend this place of business because of the way this visit went.
