Brain said the overall experience was rated a 3 based on the vehicle being at the facility for 3 weeks before it was even looked at. When he would call his calls would not be returned until a few days later. The reason given for the delay was due to the facility being over booked. He care for the way he was treated due to not having been told of the time it would take to look a the vehicle prior to leaving it for the repair. There was no time given for the repair to be completed. Based on the time it took to have the vehicle repaired he would not recommend.
