Boly said she chose this business by going on the internet. She stated she had the following issue with this business. Boly explained her vehicle is a year old, and her bumper was damaged, and she assumed this business would put a new bumper on her vehicle. The only time this business called was to tell her the vehicle was ready. When she picked up her vehicle she found out they had repaired the existing bumper, not replacing it with a new bumper. When she asked the person who helped her with everything why they didn't replace the bumper, he informed her it didn't need to be replaced. Boly pointed out by this business not calling her, she lost the option of having the bumper replaced. She concluded, her insurance company would have paid for a new bumper.
