Stephen was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the shop because their communication was very poor. When he dropped his vehicle off with them he was told he would be contacted every couple days with an update on his vehicle but he was never called once. He had to call this business every time he wanted information and would have to call about two or three times each time just to get a hold of someone. His vehicle was ready three weeks later than promised because of additional damage found and a parts delay. On one occasion he was even told the vehicle was ready but when he got there to pick it up, it was not. He would still recommend them because he was very happy with the repair work.
