Ian said he wasn't completely satisfied with the repair because there were runs in the clear coat. They scratched one of his windows while they had the vehicle in for repairs. He said they acted like they were doing him a favor by replacing the window they damaged and they put him in a cheaper rental than the one his insurance put him in. His vehicle was delayed over the weekend. When he came to pick his vehicle up on Monday he found that they scratched his window and there were runs in the paint, so they still currently have it to fix the issues. Due to these problems he would not recommend this business for service.
