Susan gave a 2 rating for the overall experience, because the business kept her vehicle too long. She would give a poor rating for the way she was treated by the shop. The vehicle was scheduled to be ready in 4 days, but it took 1 week to finish the repair. Per Susan, the business told her they were over booked. Due to this expeirence she would not recommend them.
