Kristy said they were very good about calling back, it was done in the time they'd said it would take, and overall they did a great job. She said it took about 15 minutes for service when she came, but they were training someone, and other than that, treatment was perfect. When she came back again, she was in and out. She chose this business because her work schedule is insane and she needed one that was close, and the insurance company said they'd do a good job. Kristy commented they did above and beyond, and she was very, very at ease with the whole process.
