Spoke with Kristine. She said the customer service was horrible. She said the business didn't call to keep her informed during the repair process and the business failed to return her phone calls. In addition, she stated the business didn't communicate with her insurance company. Also, Kristine mentioned she found the business not to be honest. The vehicle was delayed over a week because additional damages were found. As a result of everything noted above, Kristine commented she wouldn't recommend the business to friends and family.
