Karen said she had a little issue and had to take her vehicle back into this business to fix. She said this business took care of the problem right away when she took it in. Her vehicle was ready 2 days after her promised time because of some rust this business was supposed to take care of on the first visit. Originally her vehicle was given to her when promised but since they didn't fix the rust she had to take her vehicle in for an additional 2 days.
