Susan said she rated her overall experience 5, but what she found disturbing was that the day she brought her Mazda home there was a bright orange mailer with an urgent notice she had to bring her Mazda into the Ira dealership for a recall. She would have thought they could put A and B together, and they are located in the same building. Susan rated treatment 10, and stated she really liked the guy she dealt with the 2nd time. The 1st time she came for a quote the man she dealt with told her to give him the insurance company quote and he'd tell her what it was going to be. There wasn't any internal damage but the whole rear bumper had to be replaced. Him saying that made her feel she was going to get ripped off. Her insurance company told her they'd stand behind any repair done at this business, and this business was at the top of their list, so she returned, and she liked the 2nd guy a lot. Susan was delighted to have the repair done at this business. Susan will recommend them except for the initial experience with the first guy.
