Spoke with Ms. G. She said she is very upset at the way this visit went. She called on Friday and she spoke with someone who she thinks works underneath Mary who she was working with but she was told she was out on the floor. The lady that answered the phone said your vehicle is ready and she explained to her that she didn't have a way to pick it up so she would be in on Monday. The gal said fine but when she came in on Monday no one could find her keys for at least 45 minutes. She ended waiting at least a hour and fifteen minutes because the vehicle was not ready. When she spoke with Mary about it Mary said there must have been a mistake on her part because the vehicle wasn't supposed to be ready until Monday. Which was not true according to the lady she spoke with on the phone. Also, her parking lights were left on all day as well and she wasn't told about it. Due to this experience she will not recommend this place of business. The work seems to be fine but the administration did a very poor job.
