Leonard said they received an estimate on their vehicle of $671. They told him there were scratches to the hood of the vehicle they did not see before on the first estimate and needed to be repaired. They said they were going to give him a new estimate and get back with him. They never called him back and when the vehicle was repaired it was an extra $1,000. He said he would rather have the business call him and tell him the new estimate instead of the them going ahead and repairing it without his knowledge on the new price. He said Harp was very nice and treated them well. They received a 10 percent reduction on their bill which was helpful.
