Fusako said she gave a rating of 2 for overall satisfaction because the contact person did not coordinate the work well with the insurance company. She gave a rating of 2 for the way she was treated because of communication problems with the contact person. The contact person did not call her with updates. She brought the vehicle in on a Monday with a minor repair. She went to pick up the vehicle on Thursday, the promise day, and no work had been started on the vehicle. The business said it would be ready on the following Monday. Fusake said the business was paying for a rental and the rental time expired on that Thursday. She complained about the lack of timeliness. The business responded and fixed the vehicle in 2 hours on the Thursday and she did get her vehicle back. She will not recommend this business because of the poor coordination of work and lack of communication. She also said she felt she was not respected by the contact person.
