We are very sorry that you were unhappy with your visit.  We did complete the diagnostic tests on your vehicle.  We charged you for 1.5 hours labor; our technician spent over 3 hours running the tests, including checking your exhaust manifold per your request.

J And D has always come through when others have failed to do the job.
J And D repaired my pickup. Even though it took two trips to find all of the problems, they were able to fix a "no start" problem that had been going on for more than a year.
