Mario said he will not go back to the business ever. They were rude and racist towards him as well as his stepson and wife. They told them that they would not take care of them and they needed to get out.

When Mr Villanueva came in, we were able to communicate quite well. When his wife and son came back in to discuss the auto repairs, we were unable to communicate with them. We do not employ a Spanish speaking service writer at Japanese Connection. We attempted to convey the information to them, but with the communication issues, we obviously were not understood. We have many great Hispanic and other ethnic customers. We have never in over 30 years had anyone claim us to be racists. We work very hard to treat everyone the same. We are sorry that Mario felt we were mistreating anyone. Our history speaks well for us. We care about our customers and we make every effort to satisfy their auto needs at reasonable prices. We hope to never send anyone out of Japanese Connection feeling they were not treated with respect and with total concern for their vehicles. Our customer service is very important to us. We value ALL of our customers, no matter their ethnic background.
