Mark said every time he goes to this business, they go through and look at everything on the vehicle. They tell him everything that is wrong with the vehicle and what needs to be fixed. They give choices on what is the most important thing that needs to be done and what can wait. He has been to a lot of places in the past that try to sell everything and tell him that he needs to get things fixed right away. Jason gives his honest opinion on what needs to be done to the vehicle right away and what can wait. He really appreciates that.
