won't be back
I gave your shop another chance after several instances that completely unsatisfied me. When I did, I got taken for $35 for something put on my car that I never asked for. I paid it without complaint because the work was done, but I would have rather put my own bulbs in at half the cost. I won't be back.

Good technicians, good service
Jay's technician completed the task timely and I was pleased with the job (front brakes replaced). Jay also checked the status of the oil change cycle and suggested that I get the oil changed, based on the old sticker information. I had not taken notice of the need for the oil change so I appreciate his attention to that.

Too many buttons!
I inadvertently pushed a button I never use and locked up some of the power windows. Jay's was kind enough not to make fun of me when they pointed this out, and threw in a safety inspection, all free of charge!
