Efficient - Honest - Fair
Being able to have an appointment and not having to wait behind other customers that are getting their car worked on is what I call efficient. Explaining a needed repair without feeling the pressure that it must be done immediately with a low-key attitude shows a sense of honesty. Telling ways that you can save even more money by getting a Groupon deal expresses how fair they are rather than seeing how much money they can squeeze from a customer, which makes doing business with JCW very fair.
