My review of your performance.
Overall quality of service is ok but my biggest complaint is with your procedure of doing a time consuming (labor expense) analysis of a headlamp and daytime running light outage and being charged an expensive flat rate labor charge when it was simply a matter of replacing the burned out high beam/running light bulb. In the old days if a light was burned out you replaced the bulb first and then if it didn't work you went in and did the necessary troubleshooting to find the problem and charge appropriately. The way you do it now makes my bill cost more without increasing the value of the service you do provide. The rest of the service you provided was fine and I do love that car!
