Saved our RV camping trip!
Jerry Potts Car Care has worked on our manufacturing facility work vehicles and several of mine during the past years. Most recently, I found my self in a bind with a week long camping trip to Florida fast approaching. Doing a self pre-trip inspection of my tow vehicle, I found a couple of issues with the front drive train. I took our vehicle to Pott's Car Care late on a Tuesday evening with out trip plan to leave early the following Monday morning. The vehicle was test driven and diagnosed on Wednesday, parts sourced to repair the issues, instead of just replacing the well worn parts with a re-manufactured assembly. Vehicle was returned on Friday before lunch with a very reasonable bill. A couple of other issues were found while in their shop and these were also repaired, giving me peace of mind that our trip would be safe. Communication was outstanding as the repair process took place. This is a busy place, but they provide personal and fast service. A nationwide warranty was provided for the work I had done which is a testimony to the quality you will receive at Jerry Potts Car Care.
