Brian said he was overall fairly pleased. During this visit, they had scheduled a time to pick up his vehicle. He returned from running errands 5 minutes before they were supposed to pick it up. They had already been there and left. He had to call, so they could return. The person who brought his vehicle back to him put the keys in his pocket and left. When Brian called, that person had to come back to return the keys. In the past, this business has sent people to pick up his vehicle who were often a half hour late.
