Service at the dealer.
The free oil change ended up being not free. They required I pay $300- $600 dollars to remain getting a free oil change. and Fee wipers. The hook for saling the car was their excellent service Provided.

it is a great program if the vehicle is going to be serviced here
however factory required maintenance must be kept up to date
with us - sorry if this was not explained throughly at time of sale

love the turbo ....dealership wants to charge high prices for $36 air filters $36 cabin filters..then deny free oil changes....come on man that's your reputation everyone knows it...be more reasonable fair then id be more apt to get service... its trust... I want to know I'm not getting ripped off air filters are half that at retail store and its pretty easy to do bro. That's all dealerships thou like some sort of collusion or price fixing.

Excellent service
I have been using Jim Burke for my 2013 Sonata service since I purchased it new. I have never had a bad experience. Most importantly, they have never tried to cheat me just because I’m a woman like so many car repair shops do. Also the courtesy drivers are always nice and helpful

Overall great experience at Jim Burke Hyundai. The only recommendation I would make would be to wash the cars and vaccum upon completion of service.

Worry-free car service
I enjoyed having the complimentary shuttle which took me home and picked me up again when my car was ready. The facility is well equipped and clean with fast service. They also follow up with an email to make sure you were satisfied. Always good to make an appointment.
