good eperience with Dana Henton
My name is Dan Shipe. I had a previous bad experience at Jim Ellis service several years ago. But I took my car in for a minor repair. Dana Henton was my service tech/ representative. He got the car fixed for only $25. Plus I asked him if he could do anything about my dim low beam headlights. He not only fixed that as well, but sent me a link to LED headlights online that he personally recommended. He went above and beyond. Thank you.

They always do a good job but this visit was double plus good. The wrong appointment time was entered so i was 3 hours off; they were very nice and accommodating on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars
The only thing that the maintenance team forgot was to reset the computer in my car. So it’s still saying that I need to go get an oil change even though I just received one.
