Service for Chevy Cruze
My car broke down on a Friday afternoon. After calling around to several places, everyone told me that it would be at least 4-5 days before they could even look at my vehicle including Jim's. I had it towed to Jim's because they had the best review on Google. The rating is certainly justified. Jim explained to me that he had a mechanic that was going to be on vacation for a couple of days next week and that they would look at it as soon as they could. I explained to him that I use my vehicle for work (I am in sales for a local Building Materials Supply Company) and that I was now going to have to rent a vehicle . On Monday afternoon, I received a call stating that my vehicle was now fixed. I stopped by the shop and Jim explained everything that he had done. He was concerned that there was an oil leak in the engine from my issue and that he put a dye inside that could be detected by ultraviolet light. He asked me to stop by the end of the week because he wanted to see if there was a leak. I explained to him that I did have an issue several months ago and that there probably was still residue on the engine that had not been properly cleaned. I stopped by that Friday afternoon and Jim looked at the engine and there was not a leak. By showing that extra step in the service, he proved to me that he cares about his work shows that he values his customers relationships. I do not live in the immediate area, but I will recommend his service to anyone I meet. Great job!

We installed an engine. He came back for a CD stuck in his radio. His horn also was not working. We oiled the horn and it works fine.
