I was under the impression that we had thoroughly explained all the repairs needed. I know we kept in contact multiple times throughout the day's the vehicle was here via phone and e-mail and that I sent over multiple copies of the estimate and got approval prior to doing any work on the vehicle. We are very sorry to hear you were not satisified with our services. We do hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
