Derek said when he got a confirmation of the work to be done, he went to a different location. It would be very helpful it the confirmation included the address of the location, as there are multiple locations in town.

Latoya said everybody was really friendly. When she went in to get the estimate, they took the time to talk her through the process and answer her questions. She appreciated the text and email updates. Everything was really accurate. The vehicle was ready a day sooner than promised. There was a small issue she went back for today. There is a cable that clips to the underside of the bumper, which came loose. It took them about 10 minutes to fix it. After the repairs were completed, they explained what repairs had been done and gave her a printout of everything, which she appreciates.
